Hi, Is anyone getting a MyPlace message daily to say it's taking longer than expected to fix the problem near home? What is MyPlace as it is getting really annoying now?

Thanks for coming here.

You will receive these updates if you have requested updates from the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker for an area.

You can remove this by going to Manage saved locations and entering the number on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker.

thank you! How are there problems in my area everyday? My signal isn't great and I already use wifi calling?

They would be reported by other customers and updates would be sent to let you know this is being looked into @Halfpint2011

You can remove these if you no longer want to be made aware of any problems we are investigating in the area.
