    <description>&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently trying to sort out my mobile data as i do not have any mobile data at the moment, although inhave 4-5 bars on my signal bar and a 5G connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried almost all of the troubleshooting that i found the internet but atill no luck (reset networking setting, thening airplane mode on and off, restarting phone, adjusting spend cap)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is really frustrating as i will be charged but i haven't even used the mobile data and could not even call ee's customer service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help would be appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
