My phone is damaged

my phone was ran over yesterday it’s completely broken and dead, tried to charge it and it burnt my hand cause it got way to hot. No life to the phone and completely broken , can I have a replacement please

@aviechalon Unless you have insurance then you’ll have to replace this yourself. EE doesn’t give phones away for free when you break your own device.

@Dinma1 No, that’s why you have insurance. EE are not going to fund the cost of a replacement device.

If you purchase a car and crashed it and had no insurance would you expect the seller to replace the car.

You appear to be asking about general wear & tear of day-to-day usage - a different scenario.
