Roaming in the US

Hi,

i am currently here in Dallas, Texas and i availed for the roaming pass for 15 pounds as an add on,however, i could not get any network, it is not working. I forgot to text ROAM to 150 when i was in the UK and now that i am doing it from Dallas, the message is not going through. Please help.

If you have not text ROAMING to 150 I would recommend either using our live chat service or social media channels Facebook/Twitter.

The team have account access and will be able to help activate this for you.

Hi,When i turned it off and on again, T mobile will show in a sec then goes back to SOS.I dont know what to doThanks

What happens if you try manually searching for networks @Drintee?

Texting ROAMING to 150 from the UK is what enables the roaming facility - irrespective of any billing add-ons, without this being active, your phone won't have permission to connect to foreign networks and causes the symptoms you describe.

Your only recourse will be to contact CS via another means, to enable international roaming. Your phone should then connect to foreign networks and resolve your issues.
