can't make phone calls

Hey there I hope you are well,

I am currently in the Czech Republic and come here often and I am struggling with making calls when on ee I have paid extra for the calls and the mobile data every month however I am stuck as my mobile data works but doesn't allow me to make any calls which as you may see poses a huge issue. It just does constant beeps when I try call any uk or eu number. I cannot even call EE themselves and I do not know what to do any help???

Could I please confirm if you are a pay monthly or pay as you go customer?

Have you tried manually connecting to another available network?

Do you have a spend cap on your account?

Irrespective of what billing add-ons you may have, did you enable international roaming before leaving the UK? This is what enables your phone to connect to foreign networks.

This is normally done by texting ROAMING to 150, or can be done via contacting CS
