Can’t make calls or text

I’m currently in USA, since my arrival I can not make calls or send texts, or receive.

I have 4 g, so internet works.

I have tried everything, switch off and on,

mobile data check, googled everything,

I can’t call 150 or any other number to speak to someone, I got my sister to contact ee in. The uk but they will only deal with me the account holder.

im at a complete lose?

I texted roaming last week and had a confirmation text all was fine

If you are able to use mobile data this indicates you have roaming active on your account.

Have you tried switching to a different network provider?

Which roaming add-on did you purchase?

What happens when you try to make a call? Do you hear a recorded message?
