My phone keep cutting off during a call

Every time I make a call or someone calls me, my phone cuts out and it is very frustrating

Does VoLTE (Android) or 4G-calling (Apple) show onscreen when calls drop?

This happens wherever I am.

My Son who also has an EE contract has no issues with his phone/connection.

I think it might be a problem with the actual mobile itself as I have never had any trouble with previous Android (Samsung) or iPhones.

Hi @TurnerT,

Could you try making some test calls with your SIM in your son's phone?

This will help us identify if the phone is at fault.
