I am

innthe USA and since arriving my phone does not work!!! No messages or texts without WiFi. I can’t use my phone **bleep**!!!!

To add, if you're on pay-monthly - did you enable international roaming before leaving the UK?

This is normally done by texting ROAMING to 150 from the UK.

No I did not do that before leaving.

But I am here now and EE are doing nothing to assist or offer assistance!!!!
Not a happy loyal customer!!!
I need this sorted and cannot find a way to sort it. I cannot ring EE I cannot get in touch with EE it’s ridiculous !!

Are you able to access Skype?

If Roaming was not activated before leaving the UK you will be required to speak with a team who have account access to activate this for you.

Our Facebook and Twitter teams also have account access.
