@Radoslaw1991 what problems are you having?

I have been there many times, but tend to use Wi-Fi which is plentiful due to the extra costs - that said, never had an issue with mobile signal.

When were you last in the UK?

Andorra wouldn't be in the EU roaming like France/Spain.

Does your phone show a connection to a local network in Andorra? If you have no network coverage, it would cause these symptoms.

If roaming has worked in other countries, then self-evidently it's active and EE's part of the setup is done. Toggling flight mode and manually selecting alternative local networks often resolves these issues.
