If you haven't activated roaming then you will need to speak to EE CS on the Freephone number via Skype in my signature.

Roaming is expensive in Turkey, for the cost and add-ons see here:

If you wish to use a pay-monthly phone abroad, the answer is in the post above this. You need to have enabled roaming before leaving the UK, by texting ROAMING to 150.

PAYG is auto-enabled once you have used your phone in the UK first.
