Incorrect number

Ok can anyone give me a clue to what’s happening I call this number which is part of orange ee it say you have dialled a incorrect number please check number and try again then it goes to voicemail and say this person phone is currently unavailable please try again later or send a text ?? What dose it mean I’ve not dialled a incorrect number because it goes to voicemail after it say incorrect

any ideas guy as I’m am puzzled at this moment??
