Need to contact EE from Australia

I need to get in contact with EE from Australia about my contract. I cannot make international calls on my mobile and my EE app constantly say it is undergoing maintainence. I have tried the online chat which was useless. I just need to talk to someone real. What can I do?

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

EE are useless. The app is rubbish it doesn't work.
