I received a new message the other day from EE_Services with a hyperlink which would allow me to upgrade my plan but I don't know if it's real or a scam

@NicholasvanR That’s a scam as you can not lower your contract midway through your contract.

forward that message to 7726 and then forward the number when prompted.

It said I could upgrade my data package for an extra few pounds a month not to lower it

Dont know if that changes anything, the link was to discover.ee.co.uk/xxxxxx

I would recommend giving us a call and confirming this with our customer care team on 150.
