I need to access voicemail abroad. I don’t have a pin and can’t get through to customer service. Help

@Charliegirl1231 why can you not get through to customer services? Only customer services can help you with this. But I’m sure this is only a user option and customer services can not do this for you. You should be setting this up before you leave the UK.

If your voicemail is asking you for a PIN and you don't know what this is, then only CS can reset this for you.
