Texts not sending in Tanzania

I have paid for global texts but they are not sending so feel it is a complete waste of money.
I can receive texts and make/receive calls but can’t text.

i had an an advisor helping who gave me his email but he is now not responding

@AP752 if you are texting a UK number are you putting 44 or +44 at the start of the number instead of a 0 ?

Yes I am +44 and tried 0044

Text messages shouldn't normally need the international prefix, since the +44 in the SMSC config allows for that.

Is it just a specific number you can't text, or any number? Have you tried connecting to an alternative Tanzanian network?
