    <description>&lt;P&gt;The billing package you have is immaterial, if you don't have the roaming facility enabled - it is this which allows access to foreign networks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you didn't do this before leaving the UK, your only recourse now is to do so via CS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can’t roam in the Netherlands</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t roam and can’t even text 150 to work out what’s going on. My plan seems to include roaming. Have already tried rebooting my phone. Help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
