      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I need to access my incoming call records. Does anyone know how long far back I can request the incoming call records please? Also how do I request, could you please help me? Also would it still be available if I changed handsets but not changed the phone number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's weird, because on the 'request or change information we have' they do keep that information,&amp;nbsp; just need a solicitor for it. So they're lying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
