How do I UNBAR the third party

I’ve tried because there is a third party it won’t let me but I am the account holder is there anywhere on myee account I can do it please

You can change your access to Bill Payer in your My EE account online within Plans and Subscriptions. Then try texting UNBAR to 150 again.

Or, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to get this removed for you.

@Kellylou17 : You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Home > Plans & Subs > Manage Numbers
