International roaming

In the USA. Mobile Internet works but not for calls and txt. Biggest pain is that I'm unable to contact ee as the online message facility isn't working. Roaming paid for and activated on my account. Ideas????

As you're able to use mobile data, your roaming services are activated.

What happens when you try to make a call? Do you hear a recorded message?

No, it simply won't connect.

Are you definitely connected to a mobile network when using data, rather than WiFi?

What type of phone are you using?

Which roaming add-on did you purchase?

Do you have a spend cap on your account?
