Roaming abroad plan and I cannot make calls to the UK

I am in Germany. I cant call EE help center, check my voice mail, or call back home. I purchased the Roaming abroad plan... Can someone advise on a solution?

Irrespective of your billing add-on, did you enable international roaming before leaving the UK? This is usually done by texting ROAMING to 150.

It is that which enables access to foreign networks - which is required in order to make calls, send texts or use mobile data.

Use Skype and call EE on the number in my signature.

Or use live chat via your online account.

As @bristolian said you need roaming activated on your account.
