I have a family plan with EE. I’m looking at paying for a Data Roaming pass for a month for £15. Unclear as to whether it is £15 for both phones or £15 for each phone?

It is per individual mobile no./device.

To add, if the pass you're querying is the Roam Abroad pass - this covers voice roaming, text roaming & data roaming.

I can see you have had some great advice, if you can also text ROAMING to 150 from each phone to make sure the phones are set up to use abroad with the Roam Abroad Pass.
