You have just messed my whole wknd in Spain, I had no signal , no reception, couldn’t make any calls, posts etc

I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to use your phone in Spain.

To activate international roaming on your account, please text ROAMING to 150.

Hi @Laurapauljess,

If you are on a Pay Monthly contract - did you not text ROAMING to 150 before you left? If not, then that's why. You could also have contacted EE while you were away and they would have activated it remotely for you.
