Im trying to use roaming in spain but i didnt know i had to send a message to 150 with ROAMING to setup the phone for roaming so now i cant send the message or phone ee technical support to sort the peoblem out and use my data in spain. What can i do now to fix this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community,

I take it you are on a monthly contract. You can either ring customer service on another phone or if you have something like Skype, you can ring them for free to activate roaming:

+4448000798586

This does not apply if you are on pay as you go, as roaming is automatically enabled.

I have tried on the my ee app still waiting for a reply there and i tried on skype but for it to be free i had to invite them to a chat which im also still waiting but since i never done this before i dont know if i did something wrong. I will keep trying but i appreciate the help.
