Hi,

this same here.

Full 4g signal and no internet.

looks like EE don not provide the internet over 4g ;(

I’ll swap to different provider as soon my contract will end.

Is VoLTE (Android) or 4G-calling (Apple) shown on-screen?

Is this a recent problem, or area-specific?

Hi

It's Apple iPhone13 Pro.
The problem is not area specific - it's happening everywhere where I have a 4g signal.
I realised the issue about one year ago.
I tried changing the iPhone settings to 4g only (Settings->Mobile Data-> SIM ->Voice and Data->4g). I restarted the mobile, and noting happened.
Mobile data is of course on 🙂

I did some further investigation and:
After a few minutes, I was able to connect to 4g !!!
But it looks like I have to stay permanently with 4G set in settings 😞
I'm wondering why the '5G Auto' option is not working as it should (swapping to 4G if 5G is unavailable)... hmmm, it depends on mobile or network?
