Connection problem in Greece

I'm a prepaid ee subscriber. In addition to my package in greece, I received the 1 week ROAMEU7D package. Packages appear to be active on my line, but I cannot connect. I tried with samsung and iphone. I can't send sms, I can't access the internet, I can't make calls.

how can i solve the problem

Welcome to the community.

Did you use the SIM card in the UK to make a phone call or send a message? Without doing that, your SIM would not be active for international roaming until you do.

I inserted the sim card into the phone and made a call, but I did not speak (in UK). I saw that you were also on the internet. I have already loaded money into my account and tested it. how can we solve this problem.

Does your phone show that you're connected to a network? Have you tried manually searching for a Greek network?

I was connected to the NOVA operator manually and automatically. but it does not make calls, does not send sms, does not access the internet.

It may be worth speaking to our technical support team so they can check everything from our side. I know others in a similar situation have called them through a VoIP service, such as Skype.
