&lt;P&gt;If you make a payment manually when there's a Direct Debit set up, it is likely to go through again. If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they can look into a refund for you. If you prefer, the money will sit as a credit on your account and pay towards the next bill.&lt;/P&gt;
