Voice mail not working

Hello my calls have suddenly stopped being diverted to voice mail as of last week. When I try to switch on voice mail either by calling 150 or text I get a text saying sorry there is a problem try later. I have tried turning VM off and restart phone and then text VM on but it still does not work, I get the same text saying try later. This appears to have started to happen after I received a text from EE saying that they had made some changes to their service and that I should restart my phone, this was sometime after the 13th of Feb when I last received a voice mail.

How was this resolved? I've been told by EE that they don't have a solution for this currently. Thanks

I contacted customer services and they switched back on my voice mail.

Is it a problem with you dialling your voicemail? Is it a problem with someone leaving you a voicemail? If you can give us as much information about the problem as you can, we'll do our best to help.
