      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2194334"&gt;@theSkipper&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you get back in touch with &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/get-in-touch" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;customer service&lt;/A&gt;, they should be able to ask you other security questions (name, address, phone, email, bill amount, bill date) to verify your identity.
