Anyone can help! how can I get my mobile broadband living in Spain?

I already have a plan but I cannot use internet and calls and anything living in Spain!

I already pay the plan!

Have you purchased the Roaming Pass which allows you to access your data whilst abroad?

Have you enabled the roaming facility? This is what enables your device to connect to foreign networks.

The roaming pass is just a billing add-on.

How can I do that? I am actually living in Spain and working both countries!

is there a plan that I can use having GBs and calls to the UK from Spain?

I use to have 25£ plan that’s allowed me 10GB and calls. But I don’t know why I cannot used any more.
My plan will end in 4 days but since 2 weeks ago I couldn’t use any data and also calls having this plan active.

Have you bought a "Roam Like Home" PAYG add-on to be able to use your pack in EU? Roaming terms for PAYG changed on 6 June which about fits your experienced timescale.
