So in December of this year, my contract is finished after 24 months. Currently, I am planning on closing my account/not renewing my contract. However I have 2 accessories on my account, one will be paid off in November before my contract expires. The other one won't be paid off until after my contract expires, and I have device coverage until 2026 - what will happen with these extras - will I continue to be charged or will they all need to be paid off when my contract expires? Presumably, the device insurance will be terminated.

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you cancel your Pay Monthly plan and you are no longer an EE customer, you will have to make full payment of ay monies owing for your accessory.
