Can't make calls from Portugal

Can't make calls from Portugal. Roaming is activated and phone has been working ok previously. Using 150 get as far as being told check is being made and text will be sent with details, but no text received despite trying numerous times. No option on 150 to actually speak to someone even though it asks if you want to talk to someone. On the website says messaging is currently unavailable, so no way to talk to anyone!! Any suggestions?

Try toggling flight-mode or manually selecting a different local network.

Hi @MikeB2169,

What type of calls is it you're having problems with?

Being able to call 150 suggests your account is ready to roam.

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Thanks, finally spoke to someone on 150 and seem to have it sorted now.
