Dialling when abroad

In Corfu and no matter what dial cod I try I can’t connect. I can dial other mobiles and Uk numbers. Even hotel staff are stumped. Any ideas ( I have roaming on)

What kind of phone are you using? Are you trying to call a Greek number?

I’m using an IPhone and trying to call the hotel. No version of the dial codes seems to work

It’s Corfu so int code +30

Could you try toggling the 'Dial Assist' in your settings please, @markthornton11? Just to see if it then works?

Tap Settings > Phone > Dial Assist.

Just tried 2 other networks. Same issue. Also disabled Wi-Fi calling

I'm not sure what is causing the problem, @markthornton11. It seems like you've tried everything we would recommend.

It may be worth speaking to our technical support team so we can check everything from our side.
