Are you a pay as you go or pay monthly customer?

Pay as you go can purchase for £10 a 7 day pass to use your services.

Pay monthly can pay £15 to add a 30 day rolling add-on to their account.

Please don't forget to activate roaming as well as your pass by texting ROAMING to 150 @Stacie6.

You activate the pass by texting ROAMING PASS to 150.

If you purchase the pass you can roam like your home so use your calls, texts and data as normal.

I am currently abroad but didn’t activate my data before I left. Now I can’t text or call because I am not connected (I’ve found some wifi) how can I activate it?

If you did not activate roaming before travelling by texting ROAMING to 150, you would need to get in touch with our mobile care team by calling +44 7953966250 from any other phone or calling app.
