Hi in benidom cant make any call been given numbers to ring

How the hell can i ring them

Borrowed mate phone contacted ee shop no help

Paid for roaming

If dial number it says dial 470 ring that get spainish message .talk about **bleep** compamy makes hols hard to enjoy as i have to chat to someone once a day..ee support wjat support

Please can you try manually switching to the Movistar network and let me know if that resolves the issue?

For iPhone go to Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic
For Android go to Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK

Roaming is not a chargeable facility, if you've paid for anything it's a billing add-on.

Assuming you are on pay-monthly, did you enable the roaming facility before leaving the UK - by texting ROAMING to 150? If you didn't, that would cause the symptoms you describe.
