    <description>&lt;P&gt;Roaming is not a chargeable facility, if you've paid for anything it's a billing add-on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assuming you are on pay-monthly, did you enable the roaming facility before leaving the UK - by texting ROAMING to 150? If you didn't, that would cause the symptoms you describe.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi in benidom cant make any call been given numbers to ring&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How the hell can i ring them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Borrowed mate phone contacted ee shop no help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paid for roaming&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If dial number it says dial 470 ring that get spainish message .talk about **bleep** compamy makes hols hard to enjoy as i have to chat to someone once a day..ee support wjat support&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please can you try manually switching to the Movistar network and let me know if that resolves the issue?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For iPhone go to Settings &amp;gt; Mobile Data &amp;gt; Network Selection &amp;gt; Turn off Automatic&lt;BR /&gt;For Android go to Settings &amp;gt; More Networks &amp;gt; Mobile Networks &amp;gt; Network Operators &amp;gt; Tap OK&lt;/P&gt;
