My phone won’t let me call out it’s saying orange has restricted the calls. I can text and what’s app though. Help

I am having the exact same problem as you.

I had a missed call and someone left a Voice message. I am trying to access this 22 seconds message and I am getting the same message as you. When I try to call 470 or any other UK number I am getting the same message of "calls to this number are restricted... phone freephone 470".

I am in Spain too.

Whereabouts in the world are you? Have you tried restarting your phone and connecting to a different available network?

I have just fixed mine!!!

All I have done is go to Settings and change the Network to a different provider (I have changed from Orange to Movistar and it has done the trick!!)

I am in Spain. No other option for other networks. Was fine yesterday

I'm sorry to hear that there aren't any other networks to try in that area, @Milson72

Could you try restarting your phone please?

I had same. Go to network selections and switch off automatic and select Movistar I back on now no problem. Hope this helps.

Yes, it is. Find Network and change it i changed mine from Orange to Movistar and all working now.
