Problem while using Sim card in Italy

I used my Simcard as usual till yesterday night. And it does not work from today morning.

I don't know the reason why and I do everything today. I find every solution on your website and it does not work till now.

I can grab a signal fully and shows a 4G sign on my mobile phone, but does not work at all.

I'm in Venezia, Italy now and I am moving to Berlin, Germany tomorrow morning.

I have 40GB of data remaining but do not work at all. I need a solution for it.

Have you been able to test your phone in more than one location to rule out a local network issue?

I tried more than one location.

I mean it was different city and I was driving at the moment and I kept trying for it.

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan @JihoKim?

Pay as go pack and 40Gb remains.

I traveled lot and this is my first time for me.

And I got one message yesterday and today morning

Is it working any better today, @JihoKim? Could you try manually connecting to a different network provider please?

Already done more than 100 times.

I bought another sim card to solve a problem(O2 in Germany) but does not work at all.

Now I think I won’t use this sim any more.
