Roaming abroad

I am in Australia on holiday and forgot to text 150 roam. I only have SOS. I am relying on using guest Wi-Fi. All attempts at calling 150 or texting 150 have failed - I assume international calling restricted in guest wifi. I also cannot access my EE app. Is there anything i can do? I have contract phone and roaming included

To activate roaming via text this would need to be done before leaving the UK, this is why your texts have failed.

Have you tried logging in to your My EE online? our online chat team are available there and will be able to get this activated for you.
