Text/calls not working in Spain

My data works fine in Spain, WhatsApp etc perfect however I cannot make or receive calls or texts to the uk or even in Spain.

What happens when you try making a call?

Are you on pay-monthly or PAYG?

Have you tried toggling flight mode and manually selecting an alternative Spanish network?

When I call, it say not avaliable please contact our customer car services. Tried toggling yes & on Movistar.

Hi, I tried manually connecting to a different et network, Orange & vodafone, but still
Nothing. I can’t even contact the EE phone number. Need my phone for work too! Thanks
