      <title>Signal in USA</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a pay monthly customer with the roam abroad option activated. Today I landed in San Diego and it says 5G on the screen, data is working, but no actual signal. All the bars are empty!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure how this is possible but would anyone know a potential fix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things to mention:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using an Iphone Pro Max 13.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried everything - rebooted several times, chose manually a different network, tried 4G instead of 5G&amp;nbsp; Auto or On, literally all options that I could think of.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have used the roam abroad in multiple countries in the EU without any issues. I have no spend cap activated on my account and there wasn't anything I could see in my EE account that can help with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also cannot call EE on 150 because only data works, I cannot call anyone, it says call failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried resetting the network settings? Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;General &lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Transfer or Reset iPhone&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset Network Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; then follow the on-screen prompts.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I think it's going to be best for you to speak to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt;. I know you're not able to make phone calls from your phone, but, I know of others in the community who have used a VoIP service such as Skype when in a similar situation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hopefully they can check everything from our side and get you connected.&lt;/P&gt;
