      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are on pay-monthly, you are contractually bound to keep up your monthly payments.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are on PAYG, you may stop topping up or cease regular add-ons whenever you choose - and remain subject to the hibernation policy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
