Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Have you ever been able to use your phone abroad?

It worked in April in the EU - then didn’t work in Dubai in May. Worked in England last wk. Doesn’t work in Italy this wk.
So frustrated

The phone working in the EU previously shows that at least EU-roaming is enabled, international roaming less proven.

If roaming is enabled, then connectivity issues can often be a local issue resolved by toggling flight mode or manually choosing a different network.

Only EE CS can check your phone for full global roaming.

Try a web-calling app such as Skype.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
