Welcome to the community.

Do you have a plan that has inclusive extras?

If yes, you could choose the Roaming Pass which will provide you with your calls, texts and data.

Alternatively, you can pay £15 by texting ROAMING PASS to 150.

Please also ensure you text ROAMING to 150 to activate roaming as purchasing the pass does not automatically do this.

@Carole2140 : The Roam Abroad Pass is charged £15 per billing month from the billing month you order it (text ROAMING PASS to 150) to the billing month you cancel it (text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150).

Hi Katie,

I only have an ee sim in my iPad and don’t have a smartphone so how do I activate a Roaming Pass if I can’t text?

You should still have the messaging app on your iPad.

If you don't please give our customer care team a call on 07953 966 150 from any landline or provider.
