How do I get my UK EE number on iPhone to another UK number now I am abroad?

Normally I set this up in the airport before I leave UK and it works perfectly using menu options in phone settings. However this time I forgot and have tried so set up whilst I am in Morocco. I have tried with wifi on and off, with mobile data on and off, roaming on different networks, wifi calling on and off. I have been trying for some time now so it does not seem to be an intermittent fault.

I meant to day that I want to forward incoming calls to my UK EE mobile number, to a UK landline number. I usually use the settings menu on my iPhone 13: Settings/phone/call forwarding/enter uk number ... however this is not working for me now I am abroad.

@AndrewMorocco You set this up exactly the same as if you was in the UK. Obviously now though you need to put 44 or +44 as you are not in the UK so it has to recognise the country your forwarding this too.
