Not receiving texts in the US

I cannot get on the app as it’s down but before my arrival in the USA I was informed by EE that I had all relevant roaming options and passes turned on. I’ve been here a week now and still not receiving texts or calls

Yes can connect to either TMobile or AT&T

Does this resolve the issue of you not be able to receive texts and calls @MILKY2000?

I am having the same problem and I paid £15 for my phone to work while I'm in NYC. I have data but not access to texts or calls. Whatever network I'm connected to, it just immediately says can't connect when trying to make a call. Also can't receive texts so can't verify any online purchases.

I'm using a Samsung galaxy s20

I have changed and changed back the network settings many times
