Help I’m abroad in turkey and Iam unable to dial out . This happened to me in Turkey last year but I have been here already 5 days and was ok and now all of a sudden I can’t make a call I have checked my account and spend costs all ok

Have you tried restarting your phone since this issue occurred?

Are you able to receive calls and texts?

I can receive WhatsApp and emails and yes I have tried turning
My phone off and on

Just to confirm @Lindylou222, you can use data when off WiFi and this is a problem with outbound calls only?
