Cant contact Customer Support - cant receive incoming texts

Hi,

How can I get in touch with customer support? Ive tried 150 but its automated, and it wants to send me a text - but my phone is not receiving text messages after porting number over.

Some manager clearly hasn't though this through.

Its ok - i managed to contact tech support via the 07953 number.
