Wifi calling won't work

I've been a EE customer for 20+ years and very rarely get issues with EE but i cant seem to make a wifi call as it just says "you don't have enough credit to make this call" i am not on contract as i don't want to be put in a contract. Anyway i enabled wifi calling the way it was meant to be but it's not actually letting me call anyone. It's only letting me text which ok thats alright too but i need to phone my dr and i can't do so.

I am using a samsung A70, it shows that i can make wifi calls but it simply doesnt. I am also sat right infront of a bt router so it cant be the signal as thats a great signal
