Calls failing in Spain

I am having a similar problem with my phone when overseas ( I am presently in Spain ) , I receive calls but every time it rings once and drops off , any ideas what I can do to fix this problem please

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Do you have the same issue with outbound calls?

Sim only monthly plan.

It doesn’t happen with outgoing calls

No issue with outgoing calls

Does this only happen with one particular caller or everyone @Felix101?

Every call I receive from anyone drops after one ring .
