Hi,

Can anyone help? i've been in Spain the last week and my phone rings twice and then hangs up when someone calls, i have EU Roaming currently active, i can make calls back to the UK no problem.

@Scottyj1980 Have you tried just restarting the device?

Hi Chris,

I have indeed, ever since i added an apple watch to my contract, whenever someone calls me they say they never get a dial tone, i just answer the phone. very strange. (separate issue to using phone abroad)

Have you tried manually connecting to a different Spanish provider?

I was connected to movistar? i'm back now, but off to Portugal in a few weeks, so hoping to get it sorted before then.
