Hello

I have recently added an extra SIM card/number to my account for my partner. Am I able to create a separate login for her so she can have the EE app to monitor data usage please?

Hi @nancol

Yes they will be able to have their own account, my partner and I have done the same.

Im the “bill payer” and they are an “end user”. You can view the differences under your account settings, manage numbers area.

All they need to do is register for My EE here.

We ran into an issue during setup but I contacted EE and they sorted it out!

I successfully added the extra account.

interestingly, after I registered the extra account, I got stuck in a loop and it wouldn’t let me log out or login as the primary user.

However, I cleared the cache on the browser and it sorted itself out. I can now login as me or my partner and she can access her data on her own app. Thanks everyone.

Hi can you please explain how you done this as I gave 3 family members on my account and have to give them my login as when I try to link numbers to a different ee account it says already linked to my email

Are you trying link numbers to new EE IDs that have been set up by family members using their own personal email addresses?
